Airfare pricing is similar to what you pay with the airlines. Yes, there's variety in that you can choose Econ, PE, Biz, and 1st. What you cannot do is bring up a specific fare code that you might have found using ExpertFlyer, Matrix, or BookwMatrix. You can call directly into Business Platinum Travel (not Expedia) and book the specific fare code using one of their agents for $39.
Not getting the 5x directly with the airline is a con.
