However, the press release does say:
The “Alitalia” brand was purchased with the aim of managing the transition to the new livery and reserving the right for future uses of the brand.
So ... "Future use of the brand". That will be interesting to see. They do have to find how to use the brand to keep the trademark, or it will be voided due to disuse.
