AA for me is a no-go. I actively avoid them if I possibly can. I agree with the comments above that in general the younger staff seem more engaged but overall I can't blame them for being unhappy in their jobs. Look how management has gutted their product... they don't treat their employees well and customers are cattle.
Even international long-haul business is lousy. When B6 starts flying over to this side of the pond I may give it a go. Have always had good experiences with them and their customer service is excellent.
