There are several fantastic crews who have served for years. Unfortunately, their name is sullied by those punching clock.
That's just an opinion. The reality is that there are both bad and good crews regardless of age. MIA has many young reserve cabin crew who seem more interested in wanting to hook up with each other than actually doing their jobs.
