Go ahead and contact Hilton C.S. But--if that doesn't work, a little investigation shows that this particular property is owned by Crestpoint Companies. An old fashioned written letter to them might get someone's attention, since this hotel's GM has to answer to them. The address is in the lower right-hand corner of the page.

FWIW, if anyone is driving properties to be cheap at all costs right now, it's the franchise home office. Truly the last place that would hold a GM "accountable" for something cost control related would be them.
