My wife and I have stayed in this area a number of times.
We both loved the Wailea Beach Resort. That said, we booked one of those special ground floor deck rooms that extended out to the adults-only serenity pool. It was amazing to sit on a couch on your private deck, and get waitress service from there as though you were poolside. The pool itself was just a few yards away. That's one of their most expensive premium rooms though and thus likely not what you would end up with should you book with points. I'm not sure I would book a standard room in this hotel after being spoiled with the sun deck room.
Of the three you mention, I would book Andaz if I was on points. GW has some iffy rooms, and on a standard award, you're likely to get a basic room with a view overlooking the parking lot or another undesirable view. It's also a zoo and honestly I don't like the property, so perhaps my glasses are tinted with that view. Andaz is a smaller resort and has fewer of these undesirable rooms. It's also popular with younger couples.
All that said, I would recommend avoiding booking on points on your honeymoon and pay cash if you can swing it. Your honeymoon is one of those times that's worth a splurge. I cannot recommend Hotel Wailea highly enough. If I was planning a honeymoon on Maui right now, that's where I would go, with no question or hesitation. That includes the Four Seasons, Fairmont, etc.
