Hey, BTHumme, your situation has filled me with righteous anger towards this hotel and its management. They're acting with a stupefying combination of incompetence and venality.

Go ahead and contact Hilton C.S. But--if that doesn't work, a little investigation shows that this particular property is owned by Crestpoint Companies. An old fashioned written letter to them might get someone's attention, since this hotel's GM has to answer to them. The address is in the lower right-hand corner of the page.
