The level of apologist rhetoric on this forum is what continues to baffle me. BA don't give us these things out of their charitable goodwill, they're given to us because we pay good money to receive them, and have a right to expect them as a level of service, from a full service carrier.

If I want no frills then I'll book a flight with Ryanair.
