Boeing 737-900 to/from Hawaii - row 10 or row 11?

Flying to/from Hawaii on Alaska, the plane is the "Boeing 737-900 (Winglets)" and I'm elite on American so I can book in rows 10-17. Looking at seatguru and Alaska's sites, I'm unclear if row 10 is a good idea. Are the tray tables in the arms and do we have to put our bags all in the overhead? Is there any benefit to row 10 or should we just do row 11 to be comfortable? (10A is windowless, so we'd likely do either 10DEF or 11ABC.)

thank you!
