called united last week.. and the CSR agent linked the records, and also got the seats together. I also tried for upgrading..she told me that i couldn't give my 500 milers to mrs.. ! i thought that we could now "sponsor" or is that only available online and not via phone ?
anyways, seems like records are linked so we should be okee
