The problems at BER have been reported on across boards on FlyerTalk for several months, these problems are not related to a single weekend, they are endemic in what appears to many of us to be a badly run airport. Considering how well TXL worked when under far worse stress and strain the failure of BER is stunning. They need to get recruiting and training. Quickly.
