I have been out through one for real (albeit 30+ years ago on a DC9) and as I was sitting in the window, I had to open it. It really was very straightforward and logical.
Glad to hear it. It probably got a little bit “big” in her head after a first failure and thankfully she overcame it. She seemed to have all the other aspects of the job very much under control so it would have been a shame.
