Temporary only means there was not enough info for full pre-approval and the green pass is valid for 30 days vs. 90 days. This can be extended to 90 days if you take an antibody test in Chile. The seven day quarantine only applies to non-tourists entering under special circumstances (flight crew, diplomatic, etc.) or specific case consular approval.
