I just realized that the funds that I used from UA Travel Bank in the last three canceled trips, never redeposited the funds back. I have no idea how to manage this. I've been on the phone with UA customer service for 90 minutes now, and they keep transferring me from one person to another. They owe me close to $700 in travel funds starting with March of 2021 and ending in Sept 2021 for 3 flights that didn't take place. Any idea how to resolve this horror?
