I was just told, having gone through various sets of options, that they were busy and to call back later, followed by a disconnect.
I was calling for confirmatoin on COVID test needs for return to UK, but am just going by what the GOV.UK site says, and with a screen shot will use that to push back against any denial of boarding should it arise (Amber departure, assuming just day 2 test needed... but not 100% sure... damn travel is a complete mess right now.
