Oasis removed the IFE and is complete. IIRC, Kodiak added the device holder and the USB port in the seatback, and I don't think it's complete yet. At least I seem to remember being on some 738s recently that didn't have the device holder.

The 738s have ViaSat, and as posted above, you'll have Internet connectivity in the Caribbean and fairly far into Central America. I've found the coverage map to be a tad optimistic about coverage near northern South America.
