I called the Hong Kong number at around 10am Hong Kong time via Skype and got through within about 30 seconds. This was after waiting on the U.K. number the previous day for over half an hour then giving up.

I needed to amend a ticket going from Bangkok to London and he seemed to have no issues with completing the task. Even reissued the new ticket on the same phone call.
