Hi,

I am very concerned. I've paid over £1000 pounds directly with Lufthansa for flights to Paphos in a few days. They sent me confirmation and receipts without any reference code or booking code & the flights numbers are partly greyed out.

They sent an email to say they wanted to slightly change the schedule becuase of covid (minor change) which I accepted. However no email confirmation or anything of my acceptance either.

I booked direct with Lufthansa. I know everyone will tell me to call Lufthansa's reservation centre. I have tried. There is absolutely no way I will get through to them. You wait for hours and hours and they don't pick up. Its simply not possible to phone them & get through. I know no other way to contact them. I've tried messaging them on facebook but because they not given me reservation numers it a real problem..

What do I do? I guess turn up to airport very early and see if there is someone there who can sort this out for me - and hope for the best?? If there is not a way to contact them.
As I have emails from Lufthansa confirming that I bought the flights etc & proof of the money transfer.
