If you really want to know liveatc.net has an archive.

Find the LHR tower frequency and the date time it happened and listen to controllers and pilots discuss what happened. No need to speculate.

Also you'll mostly find these things are typically very boring most likely the tower simply called "Speedbird 104 Go around" and you'll hear the pilot acknowledge the go around call and wait for the tower to give him a new vector.

As a passenger a go around is notable, but up front they won't think very much of it.
