Search it as multi city "no flights available on any date ever, why do you bother searching this you clown" or something to that effect.
Decided to do a random search in March, Singapore-Delhi-Addis Ababa...nothing, it shows a points value across the dates, but just says no flights available.
My conclusion thus far is either this program is a complete joke now (which IS possible) or the IT is so bad that it's just incapable of doing anything correctly and by extension the agents are the same because they just use the search engine and repeat the results.
Flights that were there 2 days ago now aren't (obvs they could've been bought up) but flights that were gone 3 days ago then came back 1 day ago have come and gone again. It seems totally random.
I think the main reason your multi-city searches aren't working properly is because you're not using it the way it's intended to be used.
The website/app multi-city search isn't for trying to book one-way bound trips with stop-over, it's for booking open-jaw returns, I THINK.
If you want to have a stop-over, you got to run it through an AC agent.
