All (!) the international numbers lead to the same voice menu in Portuguese. There is no option to get support in English / Spanish. The voice menu actually DOES say "for support in Spanish press 2" (I managed to somehow understand this in Portuguese
), but when you "press 2" the call just gets disconnected
When I tried what you recommended I did manage to insert my smiles number + password (4 numbers), but then it asks again many options in Portuguese and I just cannot understand how to get an agent...
Also, tried the chat several times - I did get to the point where I am "waiting for agent" but endless wait and no one ever answered on the chat...horrible support.
My issue is that I booked a flight with smiles to fly with AIR FRANCE and the flight is in a few days and I just noticed that for some reason (
) the GOL system cancelled the flight from the reservation...I confirmed this with agents in AIR FRANCE - they just say "GOL cancelled the seat for you - talk to them"
Indeed. I checked a few minutes a go, their chat is only available from 6AM till midnight (Brasilia time), that may have been an issue. Also, the other day O tried to get some info to give you feedback, it took me around 20-30 minutes. Every 2-3 minutes I had to click something like “Eu prefiro esperar” (I’d rather wait - the left icon on the chat), so I was kept in the online queue until got answered. It is very unfortunate. I will PM you about this.
