I originally booked a SEA-JFK ticket and have since realized I need to depart out of PSC, so I booked a separate PSC-SEA ticket. I am going to need to check a bag all the way through from PSC to JFK, do I have to reach out to Delta to have the itineraries linked? Or should I be able to check the bags right out of PSC without have to recheck.

I would cancel both reservations and rebook as one ticket, but the prices have gone up considerably.
