Called the hotel 3 times over the last couple days trying to get a hold of a manager, he/she was never there. On my most recent call the manager was there but in a meeting, so my details were given and I was told I would receive a callback, but nothing yet. I'm very willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt but it kind of feels like I'm being ignored until this goes away.
