Hello everyone, for a few days now no one can send me points. Several friends have tried, however, just does not arrive at me.
What is the reason for this? I am definitely below the annual maximum of 2 million points.
I'm getting a bit desperate, since no one has been able to help me. The hotline has not been able to help either. Also inquiries by mail have brought nothing so far.
