FTV and Call Centre not working
Hi All,
I have a FTV that I need to use and when I call BA, they say they are too busy and hang up the phone. I've tried all 3 options they offer you and I still get the same thing. So first they offer you a FTV which can be used ONLY through their call centre - and then their call centre doesn't even work. What do I do? Because at this rate, the tickets I want to book will continue to rise in price and this is maddening.
This is clearly not fair because it's not like you can even hold a ticket online for example and get them to book it. What do we do in this situation???? Surely this is on some level not legal?
