Have you done what's been said at least twice above? Checked for classic rewards in J for the flight you are interested in? If there is an J classic reward available, then that also means there are Y->J upgrades available.

Note that it must be a Y Flex or Flex Plus to upgrade. Y Savers are not upgradable in advance.
