True, the lounge in the C concourse doesn't and as far as I can recall hasn't accepted day passes since it reopened after it was reduced in size to create the Polaris lounge. To use the passes he would have had to go over to the B gates or F gates. There is usually a sign outside of the C lounge stating this; if he was told *no* lounges were accepting passes, he should have taken that with a grain of salt and tried one of the other locations.
