I transferred points from Chase yesterday which is supposed to be an instant transfer. Unfortunately, 15 hours later, they are still not in my account. Furthermore, the flight that I was looking to book is no longer available (even though there have been no new seats reserved according to the seat map). How SOL am I? Is it normal for points not to transfer instantly like they are supposed to?

The flight is Delta One - does availability come and go? We are booking in April.
