I bought some sliced porchetta from Eataly the other day and am going to heat it through w/ some beef stock and then add some mozzarella cheese, minced garlic and (thawed) frozen chopped spinach. Once all warmed through (and the cheese melted), I'm going to serve it on a toasted loaf of semolina bread I also got from Eataly. Likely with some mayo. Never done this before, but I think it will work well.
