I don’t think it’s entitlement to expect your seat to work as advertised and sold. Hopefully the OP gets a response, but I expect it will be some goodwill miles, especially a customer with loyalty status.

I don’t think we should lower the bar to ‘well, we didn’t kill you or poison you, so we did a good job’ level.
