I was at the I-C last month as part of a tour group that usually gets some of the best rooms in the hotels they visit. I must agree with stimpy, it was nice but it wasn't wonderful. It's big and business-y and rather impersonal. The one good thing going for it is its location, which is very good -- in the Jewish Quarter next to the river and, if you are lucky enough to get a room facing that direction, a great view of the castle and St. Vitus. If you get a really good rate, take it, but don't expect charm or character or even much in the way of luxurious surroundings.
