The bag issue is really apart at YYZ. Everyone says Customs is the issue, its not. Its the fact that people clear customs and wait and hr or more for their bag.
Anyway, to stay on topic, I agree with the Cow that the service and offering is not the same pre-COVID. Its the minor things that matter. Sure most of the meal is there but after a while the same dishes get boring and regular.
