Uppon digging deeper I found the following numbers (not sure about available languages)
US/Canada - 1 800 468 2744
UK - 44 207 660 0283
Other Countries - 55 11 38331634
Switzerland - +41 22 567 5367

To reach the list go to “Contate-nos”, near the end of the page, and click on “Smiles Internacional”

I have not tried any of the numbers, but those should have English Assistance as they are “International”

I managed to call the “Other Countries” number from a Brazilian mobile. As you said this option offers no initial menu in English. However after a long recorded speech about “system stability” you should be able to type your Smiles Number, which takes you to another menu requiring the PIN. I am looking for alternatives yet, will update ASAP. Do you mind saying what is the issue? There may be alternatives the. (No personal info!)
