So we cleaned the spot and washed up afterwards. Do you really think that the hard surface floors are cleaned any better than carpets? I suggest you look under the bed or between the bed and nightstands. I can assure you that the hard surface floors are just wiped occasionally. Really not any cleaner than the carpets.
Arguments are getting pretty weak when it deteriorates to "all the floors are filthy, so I prefer filthy carpet to filthy hard surface."
And I can assure you that hard surface floors are much easier to clean and are kept cleaner than carpet.
