It’s one of those grey areas. Compared with the way things are presented online, the app is *partially* deficient, and there is the prospect of someone who isn’t paying proper attention to every booking step being misled by the headline statement.
The OP provided a screenshot of AMM LHR which states Club Europe on I assume an app booking but advertises lie flat bed. I did a dummy booking on app LHR AMM got same screen saying Club Europe, as screenshot above, but mine states leather contoured seats. V confusing indeed but thank you for breaking it down.
