I agree with you. I believe the intent was to distinguish 2021 accumulation from 2020 rollover. It does not specifically say, as Cow does, "Not from rollovers from 2020, not from credit card spend." I have found no reference to credit card spend being excluded, despite using the term "Flight Activity". Granted, Flight Activity will be a requirement as it is the only way to achieve $3,000 SQD in 2021.

Time will tell.
