But, actually I think I didn't specify it is a GOL Smiles ticket (award ticket), sorry for the confusion! So, I tried to phone the Smiles phone number, and just cannot reach any English voice menu, all in Portuguese...

It is a GOL issued ticket (I used GOL smiles miles...) for a flight I booked flying Air France
