If you are feeling a bit down about high sleeper cost on Amtrak... you can take a little detour over to the Venice Simplon Orient Express webpage (VSOE) and take a look at their sky high prices. Now, please... I know this is a luxury service and not a direct comparison to Amtrak...this is just a little fluff of a post. so don't take it too seriously.
