Can't reach GOL support
Hey,

Anyone have an idea of how to get in touch with GOL SMILES customer support in English? I did call the US phone number, and actually spoke to an English speaking agent, but this was pre-COVID, maybe they don't provide English support any more (?)
Calling several contact numbers - all I can get to is a Portuguese voice menu, and can't even figure out from it what buttons to press in order to get through to an agent (even one in Portuguese..)

Help?
