tried calling them on their official phone line for 30 minutes today. nobody is picking up lol. I kept on trying with my phone left on speaker, ringing and ringing until at one point someone decided to pick up and then hang up. I tried again and the same thing happened three more times straight. It's like someone doesn't want to pick up on the other side and he/she doesn't want the phone to ring either LOL.

ended up calling TIT helpline in US to get the matter resolved but the hotel does need to sort this out. i know i got the correct number because after dialing the number I got the usual "welcome to Marriott Daegu hotel, press 2 for English" etc.
