First welcome gift since before the pandemic at the Pullman, Liverpool: a tin of sweets. Also upgraded to a lovely room with floor to ceiling windows looking across the Mersey. No welcome card/letter. I did get a welcome card at an Ibis Styles but it was addressed to the wrong person.
