LoungeLizzard 's comment above about a busy day at the airport, it was a complete zoo at the "business/first/senator" check-in line. If HON/First you can just sidestep that by going to the FCL and check-in and do security there, but still a pretty chaotic situation at ZRH yesterday.
I agree with you that the lounge is busy but not really with what you said about the menu. The only hot meat dish on the menu is "veal sausage", plus a risotto and several types of vegetarian pasta (IIRC vegetable lasagna, penne with white sauce, penne with red sauce). Only after I asked whether they had something made of meat that has not been ground, a "Zürcher Geschnetzeltes" was mentioned. No steak or filet of fish. I wasn't too impressed.
