Oceania DOES include a daily tip on your bill. Our TA paid it, however, so it was "included" and they do often run specials, but..... On Seabourn, it's included in the overall fare. This might vary if you purchase in different countries. Purchasing in the US, there are definitely tips on Oceania.

Gratuities
How much you choose to tip is a personal matter and completely at your discretion. For your convenience the following gratuities are automatically added to your shipboard account. For guests occupying staterooms, gratuities of $16.00 per guest, per day will be added. For guests occupying Penthouse, Oceania, Vista or Owner's Suites where Butler Service is provided, gratuities of $23.00 per guest, per day will be added. In addition, an 20% service gratuity is automatically added to all beverage purchases, spa services and dinner at La Reserve. Naturally, guests may adjust gratuities while onboard the vessel at their sole discretion.
I'm excited to try more options once I feel comfortable cruising again. We don't like big ships (to me, that's more than 1000 pax - which is why Oceania was a little large for me - ideally I'd be below 500 passengers). Which, given the industry, means more "luxury" lines (whether or not they offer TRUE luxury I won't debate - there are certain ships & lines that the industry considers luxury and those are what I'm talking about). We like to cruise as an intro to an area we might not be as familiar with - to see where we want to do more exploring on land - and small ships are nice in that they get into ports the big boys & girls cannot....
