A350 j lhr gru

Sorry to bring back an old thread but I didn't want to start a new one.

I've found that BA who I rarely travel with so a good deal for J flights to GRU next year. I'll only go if the testing and quarantine is gone so won't be booking for a while.

I was delighted when I saw it's the a350 1000 which must be once of the most comfortable planes in the world now. However my concern on looking at this is that there's 56 seats
that seems an awful lot for J cabin. Would the customer service be greatly diminished with the volume?

Any other pertinent words on choosing ba rather than lh lx.
