You could also look for flights that are on the ERJ-175 - they have a 2-2 seating layout in coach and are quite nice planes. I took a quick look at November, and it looks like there aren't many. It looks like one E75 a day each way between SEA and SFO, and rest are mostly Airbus, and the occasional 739. So extra seat might be your best bet.
