I usually have plenty of spend to get companion pass without applying for new credit cards, but want to play the game this coming year.

The last bonus my wife got was on 1/15/2020 for a previous business credit card. Have since closed the biz credit card. Is there a 24 month wait between getting business card bonuses? Should I wait until 1/16/2022 to apply or can I apply a little prior to that and not make the required purchases so the bonus doesn't post until 1/16/22?

We have an ebay business that does a decent amount of revenue with 10 years of tax returns so no worry about having to show we have a legit business.

Also side question, she has one personal card which she hasn't gotten a personal card bonus in like 3+ years. Are you allowed two personal cards and can you get a personal bonus plus a business bonus? I may elect to stagger these anyways (personal one year and business the next and rotate). But I am curious on the question. TIA!
