Parking is now $10/night.

The COVID era breakfast is now a limited menu, free breakfast either via status or rate is limited to one entree and one beverage per person. Nothing on the menu over $13 if actually paying. The bar/pub is only open on select nights, decent grill and fryer menu. The hotel still has signage up requiring masks and guests had about 80% compliance, better than I expected.

I booked via Costco as I could get a breakfast inclusive rate identical to the room only member pricing from Hyatt. As usual with this Costco Travel the WOH number did not transfer over, I had it added at check in but at that point the room had been assigned and I didn't really care to push the matter. I got a 2Q suite overlooking the river with living room and wet bar/fridge/microwave. The room could have used a little light maintenance but it was clean and quiet so no real complaints. There are four elevators for 8 floors but the elevators are slow lower floor and stairs might be preferable for some.
