I don't think you understand the T&C. If I book a room with Hilton, show up and use someone else's credit card, I have still paid for the room. If you want to argue semantics over whether or not it's required that I swipe that card myself, you could, but the T&C do not require that I use my own money, or credit to pay for the room.
