I don't know. The guy didn't say where he is based. But I called in Canada during business hours in N America, so it's most likely a US based agent.

Just be aware that if you call in for your one time extension now, you won't be able to extend again next year. If you wait and Marriott automatically extends the vouchers like they did previously (probably until some time in mid-2022).. likely you'll be able to call in and get them extended from that date if you don't get a chance to use.

Maybe so. My wife and my vouchers are approaching Jan. 3/2022 expiring date. Earlier I was told no when I tried to extend, as these were already extended once. So this time when I asked and the agent was willing to try, and it worked, I was happy. I didn't want to wait till a lot closer, and no time to try to use it, to find out they won't extend it then.
