I would be willing to bet that AA uses a vendor that makes the sushi. I would blame the vendor, not AA.
awwww, come on now?! Who chooses the vendor and menu to be served? AA of course! It s not like one of those vendors from a Tokyo train stations set up their stand in the BOS AC. I was also unaware that lower grade tuna is colored red
to look higher grade . Live and learn, I guess.
